Why should I get help for my family?

Parenting is hard work!  All families with young children could use help from time to time.  The Sprout Families Together Program, FTP, provides a wide array of services to support families with young children.

What help is there?

Sprout staff utilize trauma informed, culturally respectful, strength-based approaches to working with families.  From home visiting to helping a family go grocery shopping, the Families Together Program is available to walk with families in their journey towards being stronger, healthier and more resourceful.

Who will help my family?

Family Support Providers will work with parents and caretakers to develop a service plan that meets the unique needs of each enrolled family. Some families may want a home-visit once per month to discuss development, while others may want more intensive services multiple times per week.

What is the cost?

At this time, the FTP is at no cost to families.
