For more than three years, I’ve had the privilege of working at Sprout. Being part of an organization so deeply aligned with my values provides daily opportunities to partner with families through compassion, connection, and collaboration, while building trust rooted in trauma-informed practices.
When I’m not at the office, I love tending to my garden, enjoying time with my family and furry friends, and collecting vintage children’s books and records. As Marlo Thomas and Harry Belafonte beautifully remind us in Free to Be… You and Me: “There are lots of things that parents can do, but mostly they’re people, individual people, like me, like you.”
